Please kindly give us 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook your appointment time and avoid a cancellation fee.

If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice or you miss your scheduled appointment, we will make every attempt to rebook the time with another client. If we are unable to rebook your appointment time, we’ll unfortunately have to charge you the full price of your scheduled service.

In the event of a weather emergency, if the public schools in your town or in Peabody are closed due to weather and you’re unable to make it in to Prettyology, we’ll waive the cancellation fee.
